Where are the products made?
Our products are handmade in Hong Kong.

Are your candles made with essential oil or fragrance oil?
We use both essential and fragrance oils in our blends. This allow us to get a great range of scents and to have more options for our customers to choose from. We include a list of the ingredients on each product page to help you make the best choice for your preferences. For more details, please check out our Scent Menu.

How long is your lead time?
Orders placed will often be sent within 3 business days.

How long does it takes for a custom made product?
It takes normally 3 - 5 business days.

Will my candle melt in transit?
Possible. Soy wax is a very soft wax with a low melting point. High temperatures/ hot weather can cause candles to melt. Please be aware that your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures.

Can I order a candle without any scent?
Yes! Just pick "no scent" in the scent column, or mention it in the text box.

Can I get samples before ordering?
Absolutely! You can purchase individual tealight candle to try out the scent first. We also includes a free sample in parcels whenever we can. Drop us a note if there's a scent you didn't order but would like to try.

Can we bulk buy candles for a corporate event or for other occasions?
We are always happy to discuss bulk orders for corporate events or gifts. Please email us at info@wildmint.hk with an overview of what you had in mind and we will get back to you with a detailed quote.

Do candles have an expiry date?
Candles do not expire. However, they may lose their color and/or scent over time. For the best results, burn these candles within 12 months of purchase.

Do crystal perfumes have an expiry date?
Crystal perfumes don't expire, but the scent goes away eventually. We recommended that you use your perfume within 3 months once you open it from its original packaging.

About Workshop/ Event/ Scheduling

Can I schedule a certain time slot for a workshop?
Yes! If our workshop schedule is not convenience for you, you can always schedule your own time slot with us. Once we have confirmed the date and time with you, we will post it to public to see is there more people would like to join! Make it more fun!

How long it requires for a preparation of an event or a business collaboration?
We would say at least 3 weeks in advance.

Can I have a private workshop?
Yes! A private workshop is perfect if you would like to have some me time! A private session is only for you and it won't be a public workshop. Please email us at info@wildmint.hk or reached us through Instagram and Facebook Messager to book your private session.

Where can I find the workshop schedule?
Our workshop schedule is different every month. We post everything on our Instagram first. Please remember to follow us!

Can I buy essential oil from you?
Yes. We do carry a therapeutic grade and dietary essential oil. Please contact us for more details.
