SHIPPING POLICY

Wild Mint ships worldwide – including P.O Box

​

We will use Hong Kong Post Office or S.F Express Courier for all products. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer. All deliveries are made in business days (Monday to Friday). We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

SHIPPING FEE

 

Hong Kong Delivery:

Free delivery on orders over HKD 1800
Your order will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

Self Pick Up: 
Address: 202, Wing Fu Building, 18 - 24 Wing Kut Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for handling and wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup. Studio opening hours are different everyday. Please call or pm us before visiting. Friendly reminder: Please bring an eco bag for self pickup.

Overseas Delivery:

Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping to overseas at the moment. You can get shipping quote by going through the check out or select ship by S.F Express Courier and pay by receiver upon delivery. Shipping charges are based on weight and location. Customers are responsible for Duty/Custom Fees and we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave Hong Kong.

Orders will be processed immediately upon receipt, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications afterward – such as changing shipping address. We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place one order per shipping address if you would like to ship to multiple addresses.

TRACKING

As soon as your order is being shipped, a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and tracking number will be sent to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable due to our products are mainly custom-made. However, we will happily accept exchanges of any damaged items or wrong delivery items caused by us within 5 days (Hong Kong customers) or 10 days (Overseas customers) upon arrival. If products are purchased at a distributing store, please refer to their return policy.

We will re-send your order within 3-5 business days.

 

When you send us back the items, shipping costs will be refunded via PayMe or bank transfer for Hong Kong customers. Countries other than Hong Kong will be received store credit.
